What is an Aura? Why does your Aura need cleansing, and why we should all do it for our own peace of mind and relaxation. Look at it as a daily habit, such as brushing your hair or taking a hot bath, sitting in a Jacuzzi, being at the Ocean or in the Mountains just peaceful relaxation/meditation.

Believe it or not we all need some sort of psychic protection everyday even if you do not understand exactly what that means we all come across negative energy every single day, I will try to explain this as clear as I can on this page, all I ask is you please keep an open mind.

Back to your Aura it is a luminous energy field that surrounds all that breathes, plants, people, plants, animals all have a colorful aura around the outside of their body and each color means different things on the same day sometimes in different moments.

Because an Aura stays within 3 feet of our outer body, your Aura is like a magnet picking up energies that vibrate and are floating around everywhere we go. It is important to cleanse our Aura freeing them of foreign vibrations and negative energies. 

Usually the people that will pick up the really bad negativity and do not want to really get it to go away will keep and spread it everywhere they go, like spreading the flue or a cold and they can be people with alcohol and/or drug issues some people with manic depression.

If you have encountered too much negative energy in your day from family, co-workers, lovers, children, people at the store, someone mad in traffic, etc. A lot of this is about boundary issues but the more you learn to cleanse your Aura the better off you feel each day of your life.

If we do not cleanse our Aura we can develop many issues that will show up physically in our body such as: "hyper" nervous system , feeling panicky, no sleep, mentally in "high gear" resulting in an overall mental "tenseness", fogginess in thinking, communication difficulties, loss of your words, feelings of tingling, skin "crawling", feeling ungrounded, light-headed, not "in touch" with lower body, leg or foot cramps, heaviness on left side or head, neck and shoulder stiffness or pain, and extreme tiredness, many more but just a nice Florida Water or Lavender bath with incense burning can clear all this up and balance you.

How many times have you walked through a store or gone to work and had someone’s actions take you out of your happy mood? Or walked through a public place and someone’s stare bothered you. You have just allowed someone else to control your energy. This can be scary it won't hurt you but it did just throw an arrow into your Aura, ok so by now you should know what do you do, what else an - Aura Cleansing.

 Yes, there truly are such things as haunted houses, it does not always mean you have a ghost, it can just be dark heavy energy left over from the people who lived there before or your own family building up negative energy from fighting or too much alcohol, remove this yet again with Sage and Sweet Grass you might have to do this many times until you feel good in your own space. Aura cleansing is house cleansing.

Now lets just say you are in an actual haunted house, the most important thing is do not be scared just cleanse what is now your space and you can just ask for your Angels to show the light to help whoever may need to move on. All the same tools will be used for Aura Cleansing however sometimes it also helps to ring loud bells while cleansing. You can also hire a professional. If there is a spirit left behind in your home or office they are just worried or troubled lost spirits there are rules in the Universe they have to leave your home when you demand it however some people have wonderful spirits that are there to help you and keep your home and children safe, but if you do not feel these things then this is where your Aura Cleansing is turning into psychic protection house cleansing.

First burn the Sage around you and whoever is going to help you to clear your space personally I believe that all offices and homes should be cleansed weekly. Just spray the Florida Water, burn Incense then the Sweet Grass and of course you can use Prayer, these will cleanse your Aura as you are doing this work, call in your own Spirit Guides or Guardian Angels to help you. It will be taken care of it is God’s will and yours at this point. We can be possessed by other people’s thoughts. When our spouse’s, best friends or even a stranger’s word or actions take us out of our peace of mind – it has possessed us. Their thoughts or opinions have become more important to us than our own, and we no longer control our own thoughts or actions. It is now time for that Aura Cleansing or maybe a divorce or new job?

If we think or act according to how another would have us think or act then we just need to help ourselves by living positively and using the tools we have talked about here. How many times do we hear our parent’s voices later in our head as we raise our own children yet we do not think or live that way at all? Aura Cleansing can erase that too.

The Etheric Layer

The Etheric Layer is the easiest to see and it emanates a bluish white Aura color an inch or two outlining the body. The Etheric Layer is connected to the Root Chakra and denotes the health and well being of the physical body.

The Emotional Layer

The next Aura layer is that of the Emotional Layer. This layer is connected to the Sacral Chakra and relates to emotions, feelings and experience. The Emotional Layer is constantly changing, depending on current mood and emotions. However this layer also stores up past strong emotions, particularly painful and fearful ones. The Emotional Layer emanates one to six inches from the body and can be characterized as rainbow colored clouds. This layer can show up dark areas that are connected with blocked emotions. The Mental Layer

The third Aura layer is the Mental Layer which is connected with the Solar Plexus Chakra. This layer relates to logic, intellect, ideas and consciousness. The Astral Layer

Whereas the first three layers are concerned with the physical self, the fourth Layer is the first that relates to spirituality. The Astral Layer emanates clouds of beautiful multi colors eight to twelve inches away from the physical body. The Astral Layer is connected with the Heart Chakra and is concerned with love. This layer of your Aura can be tinged with a rose pink color, particularly when a person is well loved.

The Spiritual Layer

The fifth Aura layer is the Spiritual Layer which emanates a light of brilliant blue similar to a grid-like blueprint or negative photograph one to two feet away from the physical body. The Spiritual Layer is connected to the Throat Chakra and relates to vibration, communication and creativity. The Spiritual Layer holds higher consciousness and higher aspects of the will.

The Celestial Layer

The Celestial Layer is connected to the Brow Chakra and emanates multi colored pastel iridescent shimmering threads of light two to three feet away from the body. This Aura Layer relates to spiritual awareness, memories and dreams and reflects our subconscious mind.

The Celestial Layer is the emotional level of the spiritual plane and is where the physical mind comes to connection with the spiritual mind.

The Causal Layer

The Causal Layer is connected to the Crown Chakra and relates to the higher mind, connection with the divine and spiritual awareness. The Causal Layer extends three to five feet away from the physical body and emanates an egg shaped shimmering golden or brilliant white light.

Rather like an egg shell, this layer in your Aura protects and holds all other Aura layers together.

Aura Color
